Perfect score below 5 ppb, scales to 0 at EPA action level (15 ppb)

Nitrate Levels (25%)

Perfect score below 3 ppm, scales to 0 at EPA MCL (10 ppm)

EPA Violations (25%)

Zero points for any health-based violations

PFAS Detection (15%)

Bonus points for no PFAS detected, penalty if detected

Letter Grades

A: 90-100B: 80-89C: 70-79D: 60-69F: 0-59
